What Zenfit actually costs

The monthly figure a coach at that roster size pays, add-ons the platform forces on you included. Same engine the shortlist quiz uses, so these cannot disagree with it.

Who it suits

Built for: Coaches who want the meal planner and a branded app and are not price shopping. The drag and drop nutrition builder is the reason people pick it.

Weak at: By some distance the most expensive here. $129/mo for ten clients is five times what Hevy Coach charges for the same ten, and the jump to $369 at twenty is steep. Prices are JavaScript-drawn so they cannot be auto-verified weekly.

I have used this one

I reviewed Zenfit on my channel in 2024. It is a hands-on walkthrough, not a feature list read aloud.

What I found when I used it

A well-presented app that hits the core features of managing leads, clients, workouts, nutrition and education content.

A well-presented app, it really hits on the core features of managing your leads, managing your clients from workouts, nutrition and then also that final element which is education with content.13:34

What stood out

  • No credit card required for the 14-day free trial, so you can properly test it before committing. 2:00
  • Built-in lead management pipeline works like a CRM, handling leads and clients in the same app. 5:06
  • Nutrition section is advanced yet clean and simple, with proper calorie and macro breakdowns. 6:56
  • Exercise videos are unbranded and professional, without cheesy YouTube music. 7:10
  • Education elements built in with lessons and content files, not just programs and nutrition. 10:46

What I flagged

  • Pricing is a bit more expensive out the gate compared to some alternatives. 2:46
  • Could not find preloaded nutrition templates, though workout templates are included. 9:21

Who I said it suits: Coaches wanting solid core features for workouts, nutrition, lead management and client education in one place

Watch out for: May lack preloaded nutrition templates, requiring you to build meal plans from scratch
