My PT Hub is the closest platform that costs less and gives up nothing we verified. $59 a month at 50 clients, $1,030 less than Zenfit, and it adds client food logging, group programmes, more than one coach seat and sellable packages. The trade: Zenfit is built for serious nutrition and your own app in the stores and My PT Hub is not, so this is a swap with a cost.
Why coaches look for an alternative
By some distance the most expensive here. $129/mo for ten clients is five times what Hevy Coach charges for the same ten, and the jump to $369 at twenty is steep. Prices are JavaScript-drawn so they cannot be auto-verified weekly.
It runs $1,089 a month at 50 clients with the add-ons it forces on you included. 22 of the 22 alternatives on this site cost less than that.
What I flagged when I reviewed it, November 2024:
- Pricing is a bit more expensive out the gate compared to some alternatives. 2:46
- Could not find preloaded nutrition templates, though workout templates are included. 9:21

Cheaper, with nothing we record missing
Everything this site records for Zenfit is also recorded for these, and they cost less at 50 clients. That is not the same as saying they are better: the last column is what Zenfit is built for that they are not, and for a coach who needs that, the saving is not a saving.

|---|
| My PT Hub | $59 | $1,030 | serious nutrition and your own app in the stores |

What Zenfit is still the best answer for
Coaches who want the meal planner and a branded app and are not price shopping. The drag and drop nutrition builder is the reason people pick it.
On this site it is the pick for serious nutrition and your own app in the stores. If that is you, read the savings above and then ignore them.
How to read the feature lines
Eight features were checked against each vendor's own pricing page: appointment
booking, client food logging, group programmes, coach seats, nutrition plans, your own app,
sellable packages and taking payments. Those are the ones written above as does and
does not. The other thirteen are read out of each vendor's own feature prose, so an
absence there means we did not find it listed, not that the product lacks it, and those lines
say lists and does not list instead.
How all of this gets checked.
Or let it pick for you
This page compares everything to Zenfit. The shortlist asks 9 questions
about your own roster and gives you four picks priced at your client count, which is a better
question than “what is like the one I already have”.
