What Coachway actually costs

The monthly figure a coach at that roster size pays, add-ons the platform forces on you included. Same engine the shortlist quiz uses, so these cannot disagree with it.

Who it suits

Built for: Solo online coaches who want everything switched on from day one and their payments running through their own Stripe, with no revenue share and no waiting on the platform to release their money.

Weak at: The per-client model gets expensive quickly: $79 covers 5 clients, then $10 each, so 50 clients works out around $529 a month against roughly $95 on Everfit. No session booking, and no evidence of group programme tooling.

I have used this one

I reviewed Coachway on my channel in 2026. It is a hands-on walkthrough, not a feature list read aloud.

What I found when I used it

A premium, clean coaching platform that excels at client management, nutrition planning, and workout programming with powerful automation built in.

There's so much data here for you to be able to coach virtually and online as well and also in person if you wanted to.3:39

What stood out

  • The user interface is simple, clean, and designed from a coach's perspective to make client management easy. 0:59
  • The nutrition element is intuitive and advanced, with drag and drop, automatic macro calculations, and allergen filtering. 7:51
  • Templates make programming powerful, letting you duplicate entire programs or save individual sessions to reuse. 9:01
  • The inbox shows a split screen with all client data alongside messages, workouts, check-ins, and voice notes in one view. 15:21
  • You can create custom metrics to track any measure you want, which he has not seen in other software. 20:21

What I flagged

Nothing. I did not criticise Coachway in the review, and I am not going to invent a drawback to make the page look balanced.

Who I said it suits: Coaches who want a premium feel and strong nutrition coaching alongside training programs

From my review of Coachway, February 2026. Watch it. Every line above links to the second I said it. Prices change, so the figures on this page come from their pricing page this week, not from the video.
