Who it suits
Built for: Coaches with a very small or fluctuating roster. At $3 a head with no platform fee it is the cheapest option on the list up to about 8 clients, and you stop paying for a client the month they go inactive, which no tiered platform does.
Weak at: The per-client rate never tapers, so it overtakes the flat-fee platforms as you grow: around $150 a month at 50 clients and $300 at 100, where My PT Hub is $59 unlimited. No session booking, and no package or subscription checkout.
I have used this one
I reviewed MyCoach AI on my channel in 2025. It is a hands-on walkthrough, not a feature list read aloud.
Watch the MyCoach AI reviewWhat I found when I used it
A solid AI-first coaching platform that simplifies programming and nutrition, though it lacks some features and Android support compared to established competitors.
It's simple. It does what it says on the tin. It is using AI to create programs, nutrition, meal plans.15:55
What stood out
- Heavily built around AI and automation, designed to halve the time spent on programming and check-ins. 10:18
- Large pre-built library of exercises, recipes, and meal plans that keeps improving as the AI pulls in more data. 10:25
- Smart workouts let clients swap exercises or switch to home training with one tap when they cannot access gym equipment. 10:36
- AI generates complete meal plans with macros and daily calories, useful if you are heavy on the nutrition side. 6:28
- Low barrier to entry so you can get started cheaply and scale up as your client list grows. 11:09
What I flagged
- Only a proper iOS app at the moment; the Android version is a hybrid browser experience which lets it down. 11:42
- Few integrations and no direct API access, so connecting it to other marketing tools is not really possible yet. 11:37
- Wearable sync goes to Apple Health first then pulls into the app, which can cause glitches and issues. 11:55
- Does not have all the features that established competitors like Coach Catalyst or Trainerize might have. 15:37
Who I said it suits: Coaches who want AI to speed up programming and nutrition planning and are happy using iOS
Watch out for: Android users only get a browser-based hybrid app, not a native experience
