Who it suits

Built for: Coaches whose brand is the product and who genuinely need their own store-listed app.

Weak at: Scheduling and team access are $50/mo add-ons each, plus setup fees.

I have used this one

I reviewed FitBudd on my channel in 2025. It is a hands-on walkthrough, not a feature list read aloud.

What I found when I used it

An all-in-one platform that competes with larger apps but offers more features for less, with genuinely customisable branding and fast setup.

Comparing it to Trainer Eyes and Everfit, it definitely competes with them because it gives you more for less money.15:36

What stood out

  • The app branding goes well beyond just adding a logo, letting you customise colours, navigation and put your own personality on it. 0:47
  • Within 60 minutes of signing up you can have your own custom branded app and website ready to launch. 2:52
  • Zero commission on payments, unlike other platforms that sneak an extra percentage on top of Stripe or PayPal fees. 6:29
  • AI workout generation is built in, so you can create workouts faster then just tweak them rather than building from scratch. 4:41
  • Video calling is built directly into the app so you can call clients without needing Zoom or anything separate. 7:13

What I flagged

  • On the free trial you cannot brand the app or change the logo, so you cannot fully test that key feature before paying. 8:35

Who I said it suits: Online coaches, in-person coaches, and anyone running a studio or gym

Watch out for: The custom branding and logo features are locked until you upgrade from the free trial
