The monthly figure a coach at that roster size pays, add-ons the platform forces on you included. Same engine the shortlist quiz uses, so these cannot disagree with it.

Who it suits

Built for: Coaches who want nutrition, habits and payments in one place without paying extra for them. The $69 tier carries the branded colours, meal planner and payments that several rivals hold back.

Weak at: The white-label app is a $189/mo add-on, which more than triples the entry price. Prices are drawn by JavaScript so they cannot be auto-verified weekly.

I have used this one

I reviewed HubFit on my channel in 2024. It is a hands-on walkthrough, not a feature list read aloud.

What I found when I used it

A clean, simple coaching app with solid features for training, nutrition, habits and automation that can run your whole online business.

There's a lot going on which is great but it's not too overwhelming.5:45

What stood out

  • Super simple and very clean interface that is not overwhelming despite having lots of features. 4:17
  • Includes nutrition coaching built in, so you can handle training and nutrition in one place. 2:01
  • Automation features let you coach ahead of time, sending messages or resources when clients typically struggle. 2:36
  • Tasks and reminders section helps keep you organised with client follow-ups and check-ins. 4:56
  • HubFit have done the heavy lifting with templates for questionnaires, check-ins and onboarding forms. 10:40

What I flagged

  • There is no coaching app for your phone; you must manage everything on desktop or via mobile browser. 14:03
  • Community groups require the top tier plan, and automation features are locked behind the premium tier. 3:44

Who I said it suits: Coaches looking for a simple app with lots of features to run their online fitness business

Watch out for: No dedicated mobile app for coaches, only a client-facing app
