Every platform here that costs less than HubFit gives up something we verified. There is no cheaper like-for-like, so the question is which feature you are willing to trade, and the cards below name it for each one. That is a point in its favour, not a dodge.
Why coaches look for an alternative
The white-label app is a $189/mo add-on, which more than triples the entry price. Prices are drawn by JavaScript so they cannot be auto-verified weekly.
It runs $39 a month at 50 clients with the add-ons it forces on you included. No other platform on this site costs less than that.
What I flagged when I reviewed it, September 2024:
- There is no coaching app for your phone; you must manage everything on desktop or via mobile browser. 14:03
- Community groups require the top tier plan, and automation features are locked behind the premium tier. 3:44

What HubFit is still the best answer for
Coaches who want nutrition, habits and payments in one place without paying extra for them. The $69 tier carries the branded colours, meal planner and payments that several rivals hold back.
On this site it is the pick for everything included, no add-ons and serious nutrition. Which is why nothing cheaper here matches it.
How to read the feature lines
Eight features were checked against each vendor's own pricing page: appointment
booking, client food logging, group programmes, coach seats, nutrition plans, your own app,
sellable packages and taking payments. Those are the ones written above as does and
does not. The other thirteen are read out of each vendor's own feature prose, so an
absence there means we did not find it listed, not that the product lacks it, and those lines
say lists and does not list instead.
How all of this gets checked.
Or let it pick for you
This page compares everything to HubFit. The shortlist asks 9 questions
about your own roster and gives you four picks priced at your client count, which is a better
question than “what is like the one I already have”.
