HubFit vs TrueCoach
Priced at four roster sizes, the features checked against both pricing pages, and my own verdict on each.
Take HubFit if you want everything included, no add-ons and serious nutrition. Take TrueCoach if you want general online 1:1 coaching and the fastest programme builder. HubFit is cheaper at every size we price.
What each one actually costs
The real monthly figure at four roster sizes with the add-ons each platform forces on you included, from the same engine the shortlist quiz uses. The cheaper of the two is marked on every row.
| HubFit | TrueCoach | Difference | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 clients | $39 | $57.99 | $18.99 |
| 25 clients | $39 | $136.99 | $97.99 |
| 50 clients | $39 | $136.99 | $97.99 |
| 100 clients | $69 | $136.99 | $67.99 |
What is actually different
- HubFit does client food logging, your own app in the stores and sellable packages, and TrueCoach does not. We checked both against their pricing pages.
- HubFit lists client check-ins and intake forms where TrueCoach does not, which is their own wording rather than something we verified.
- TrueCoach lists video form checks where HubFit does not, which is their own wording rather than something we verified.
I have used both
Condensed from my own reviews. Every line links to the second I said it, so you can check any of it. Prices in the table above are from this week; the videos are older and the figures in them are not.
HubFit
A clean, simple coaching app with solid features for training, nutrition, habits and automation that can run your whole online business.
- Super simple and very clean interface that is not overwhelming despite having lots of features. 4:17
- Includes nutrition coaching built in, so you can handle training and nutrition in one place. 2:01
- Automation features let you coach ahead of time, sending messages or resources when clients typically struggle. 2:36
- There is no coaching app for your phone; you must manage everything on desktop or via mobile browser. 14:03
- Community groups require the top tier plan, and automation features are locked behind the premium tier. 3:44

TrueCoach
A robust system with good features for workout building, messaging and payments, though the dashboard can feel noisy and busy.
- Workout builder lets you create training programs for online clients. 1:25
- Access to over 1,200 exercise videos saves time if you haven't made your own. 1:32
- Real-time messaging keeps client conversations on one platform instead of scattered across WhatsApp, email and Messenger. 1:43
- The dashboard feed is noisy and confusing at first look. 4:22
- The programming view shows a lot of information on one page, making it feel technical and busy. 6:21
- No Zapier access, so you cannot connect it to other apps or automate workflows. 10:18

Neither, or not sure?
A head to head only helps once you have picked the two. The shortlist asks 9 questions about your own roster and gives you four picks priced at your client count, from all 26.
