Who it suits
Built for: Coaches who want the widest feature set and a route up to gym or studio management.
Weak at: The headline price is misleading. Nutrition, payments and business tools are all paid add-ons, so a working setup costs far more than the advertised tier.

A robust, feature-rich training platform that Dave uses personally as a client and recommends for coaches wanting structure and automation.

What stood out
- Includes training templates and a workout builder, which is really helpful if you're just getting started. 1:38
- Comes with a fitness video library so you don't have to record exercise demos yourself. 1:45
- The Zapier integration is very good, letting you automate client onboarding and connect to other systems. 10:49
- The app works well in the gym, showing previous weights and reps so you can track progress each week. 7:03
- You can schedule appointments and calls with clients inside the platform, so you wouldn't need something like Calendly. 8:43
Who I said it suits: Coaches wanting a robust training platform with automation, or those just getting started who need templates and structure.
Watch out for: The in-app messaging is not super user friendly compared to dedicated chat apps.
