HubFit vs My PT Hub
Priced at four roster sizes, the features checked against both pricing pages, and my own verdict on each.
Take HubFit if you want everything included, no add-ons and serious nutrition. Take My PT Hub if you want unlimited clients on a flat fee and general online 1:1 coaching. HubFit is cheaper on a small roster and My PT Hub is cheaper by 100 clients, so the answer changes with your size.
What each one actually costs
The real monthly figure at four roster sizes with the add-ons each platform forces on you included, from the same engine the shortlist quiz uses. The cheaper of the two is marked on every row.
| HubFit | My PT Hub | Difference | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 clients | $39 | $59 | $20 |
| 25 clients | $39 | $59 | $20 |
| 50 clients | $39 | $59 | $20 |
| 100 clients | $69 | $59 | $10 |
What is actually different
- HubFit lists intake forms and group chat where My PT Hub does not, which is their own wording rather than something we verified.
- My PT Hub does appointment booking and group programmes, and HubFit does not. We checked both against their pricing pages.
- My PT Hub lists selling courses, progress photos and video form checks where HubFit does not, which is their own wording rather than something we verified.
I have used both

HubFit
A clean, simple coaching app with solid features for training, nutrition, habits and automation that can run your whole online business.
- Super simple and very clean interface that is not overwhelming despite having lots of features. 4:17
- Includes nutrition coaching built in, so you can handle training and nutrition in one place. 2:01
- Automation features let you coach ahead of time, sending messages or resources when clients typically struggle. 2:36
- There is no coaching app for your phone; you must manage everything on desktop or via mobile browser. 14:03
- Community groups require the top tier plan, and automation features are locked behind the premium tier. 3:44

My PT Hub
A feature-rich, clean platform that suits established coaches, but the flat-fee pricing is rough if you're just starting out.
- Offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card required, so you can test it properly before committing. 1:22
- Has its own extensive video library for exercises, so you don't need to spend time shooting your own. 7:03
- The user interface is very simple and clean, not confusing like some competitors. 7:57
- Flat pricing means you pay the full monthly rate even with just one client, unlike apps that scale with your roster. 3:27
- Not ideal for new coaches trying to save costs because you jump straight to the top-tier price after the trial. 3:32
- Does not integrate with Zapier, which limits automation options with other software. 13:36
- The interface felt a bit slow and took time to save, though that may have been due to screen recording. 7:32

Neither, or not sure?
A head to head only helps once you have picked the two. The shortlist asks 9 questions about your own roster and gives you four picks priced at your client count, from all 26.
