I have used this one
I reviewed GoHighLevel on my channel in 2025. It is a hands-on walkthrough, not a feature list read aloud.
Watch the GoHighLevel reviewWhat I found when I used it
A capable all-in-one platform with a steep learning curve and weak support, but solid value if you need multiple marketing tools in one place.
I do love high level, you can see I do use it in my business, but there is a lot of things that bug me and frustrate me.10:07
What stood out
- It's a genuine all-in-one platform that can replace ClickFunnels, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, and Teachable. 8:05
- You can create unlimited communities, courses, sites, and funnels within a single subscription. 8:29
- The automation tools are robust and most of my business is automated inside of here. 8:42
- The Facebook community is really good with 114,000 members and very supportive when you're struggling. 9:41
- Integration wise it's pretty solid and you can connect pretty much any tool using webhooks. 17:06
What I flagged
- There's a very steep learning curve with a lot of features to get your head around. 10:11
- The interface can feel a little cluttered and quite overwhelming when you first come in. 11:09
- There are occasional glitches and bugs because it's such a beast and they're doing things all the time. 11:24
- The support has never been great and I struggle to get the answers I'm looking for. 12:23
Who I said it suits: Businesses currently paying for multiple software subscriptions who want everything in one place and can handle the learning curve.
Watch out for: The support isn't great, so you might want to go with someone that white labels it to get proper onboarding and help.
From my review of GoHighLevel, August 2025. Watch it. Every line above links to the second I said it. Prices change, so the figures on this page come from their pricing page this week, not from the video.
