What Circle actually costs

The monthly figure at that many members, which is what Circle charges by, including its own cut of $2,000 a month of sales where the plan takes one. Same engine the shortlist quiz uses, so these cannot disagree with it.

Every figure is the per-month price at ANNUAL billing, which is what the page shows. Unlimited members on every plan; the ladder is admins, spaces and the transaction fee (2%, 1%, 1%; Plus 0.5%, quoted). Email is a $99 a month add-on for 10,000 contacts. 14-day trial, no card.

I have used this one

I reviewed Circle on my channel in 2025. It is a hands-on walkthrough, not a feature list read aloud.

What I found when I used it

Circle is a community-first platform with strong customisation and AI features, though it has a learning curve and sits on the pricier side.

I've seen a lot of other coaches and online businesses use Circle because you can customize a lot of it and add a lot of AI features to it as well.13:56

What stood out

  • You can customise a lot of it and add AI features, which is why I've seen other coaches choose Circle. 13:50
  • It's a complete community platform where you can build a home for community, events and courses all in one place. 13:41
  • You can upload MP4 files directly and embed URLs as well, so adding video content is dead easy. 16:36
  • You can gamify it with leaderboards and collect points, following that theme of gamification like the other platforms. 17:03

What I flagged

  • There is a bit of a learning curve with Circle, and there's a lot you can do with it. 15:23
  • I've been part of other Circle communities and sometimes got a little bit lost in and around where to go and what to do. 15:29
  • The pricing is a little bit more on the expensive side depending on those features you need. 17:30

Who I said it suits: Those looking for a more advanced community-first platform who want to add courses and bake in custom AI features

Watch out for: The learning curve and navigation can leave users feeling lost, especially when first getting started

From my review of Circle, March 2025. Watch it. Every line above links to the second I said it. Prices change, so the figures on this page come from their pricing page this week, not from the video.
