What Kajabi actually costs

The monthly figure at that many contacts, which is what Kajabi charges by, including its own cut of $2,000 a month of sales where the plan takes one. Same engine the shortlist quiz uses, so these cannot disagree with it.

I have used this one

I reviewed Kajabi on my channel in 2025. It is a hands-on walkthrough, not a feature list read aloud.

What I found when I used it

Kajabi packs a lot of features for course creators and coaches, but it is expensive, which is the only thing holding it back from a perfect score.

The core feature of being a course builder is amazing, I think it's really really good.3:45

What stood out

  • The core course building feature is amazing and really easy to get going with the AI creation wizard. 3:45
  • You can separate courses and communities, so you could have a standalone course or bundle them together. 4:20
  • It packs a lot of features including landing pages, email marketing, funnels, automations and forms all in one place. 4:48
  • It's borderline an all-in-one CRM if you want one software that does everything. 4:56
  • It uses AI to help build out your course outline, which I really like. 3:33

What I flagged

  • There's a learning curve because of all the subcategories and sections you need to navigate. 2:42
  • The price is the only reason I've not given it a 10 out of 10. 5:20

Who I said it suits: Course creators, coaches and consultants who want one software that does landing pages, courses, communities, email campaigns, automations and forms

Watch out for: You'll probably end up on the middle plan, which is expensive compared to the other options.

From my review of Kajabi, March 2025. Watch it. Every line above links to the second I said it. Prices change, so the figures on this page come from their pricing page this week, not from the video.
