What LearnWorlds actually costs

The monthly figure at that many students, which is what LearnWorlds charges by, including its own cut of $2,000 a month of sales where the plan takes one. Same engine the shortlist quiz uses, so these cannot disagree with it.

I have used this one

I reviewed LearnWorlds on my channel in 2025. It is a hands-on walkthrough, not a feature list read aloud.

What I found when I used it

LearnWorlds is an AI-powered LMS with strong course building features, grading capabilities, and a clean interface that suits accredited training providers.

Love the UI, really simple, clean, simple to use, everything's down the left hand side.40:21

What stood out

  • The interface is really simple, clean and easy to use with everything organised down the left side. 40:21
  • The AI assistant lets you build out course outlines quickly using advanced generative technology. 40:56
  • Building a course with AI was super easy and I did it directly on camera. 41:53
  • You can monitor and edit learner grades with the Gradebook feature, which is pretty cool. 42:15
  • If you want to take in-person training online with testing and accredited courses, this could be really good. 43:02

What I flagged

  • The cheapest plan charges a fee per course enrolment, so you probably want the next plan up to avoid it. 39:49

Who I said it suits: Course creators wanting testing centres and accredited courses with grading capabilities

Watch out for: The cheapest plan charges a fee per course enrolment, so you probably want the next plan up to avoid it.
