Microsoft Bookings pricing

Bookings is not sold on its own: you pay for a Microsoft 365 business plan per user and Bookings is one of the apps inside it, so each tier here is the suite plan it comes with. Only the versions WITH Teams include Bookings; the cheaper '(no Teams)' variants ($5.40, $10.79, $18.79 paid yearly) and Microsoft 365 Apps for business ($10.00) do not, and are left out. Prices are per user per month on an annual commitment that auto-renews ('paid yearly'); the monthly-subscription price is 20% higher and is recorded as the monthly figure. Business plans cap at 300 users. The 'with Copilot' bundles ($23.50 Standard, $32.00 Premium paid yearly) are the same plans plus Copilot and are not separate Bookings tiers. Microsoft Learn also lists Teams Essentials ($4.00 per user paid yearly) as including Bookings, but the comparison PDF does not cover it and its footnote says the online version has a Teams calendar only with no mailbox, so it is not recorded. One-month free trial on Business Standard (card required, converts to paid).

Who it suits
Built for: A business already paying for Microsoft 365 with Teams that wants a booking page, Teams meeting links and reminders without another subscription.
Weak at: It cannot be bought alone, so a team not on Microsoft 365 pays for the whole suite to get it, and Microsoft's own pages list no payments at booking, round robin, routing forms, embeds or API.
