Priced per account, not per user: the page never states a user limit, and calendar connections are the real cap (Free 1, Individual and Agency 10, Pro unlimited). Two plans are a one-time payment bought on AppSumo and recorded here as monthly_usd 0 with the one-off in one_time_usd: Individual Lifetime $29 (shown against a struck-through $144) and Agency Lifetime $79 (against $240). Pro is the only subscription: $12 a month, or $8.25 a month billed annually at $99. Free and both Lifetime plans add a 1% TidyCal platform fee on Stripe payments on top of Stripe's own fee; Pro has no platform fee. Round robin, collective meetings, the team booking page and SMS reminders (US and Canadian numbers, 10 a month on Agency, unlimited on Pro) start at Agency. No trial is mentioned; AppSumo gives 60 days money-back on the Lifetime plans.
