Priced per user. Basic is $8 per user a month billed monthly or $6 billed annually; Premium is $12 or $9. The Forever Free plan is one user with one-on-one bookings only. Workspaces are capped (Basic 1, Premium 3, more as paid add-ons) and resource booking (rooms, equipment) is a separate paid add-on on Premium. A Flex plan is quoted by sales. Online payments, SMS and WhatsApp, group bookings, routing forms, white labelling and a custom domain are Premium only; collective bookings, round robin and Zapier start at Basic. 15-day trial of the paid features, no card.
