Priced per Doc Maker (anyone who can create docs or pages, including workspace admins); editors and viewers are free on every plan, so the seat count is makers, not members. Since 8 July 2026 Coda is Superhuman Docs and new subscriptions buy the Superhuman suite tier (Docs plus Grammarly and Go; Business adds Mail), so the Docs price is the suite price; existing Coda customers keep their old Coda pricing. Pro $15 per Doc Maker a month billed monthly or $12 billed annually; Business $40 or $33; Enterprise quoted. Grammarly is included on annual plans and a $15 a month per Maker add-on on monthly. Free has no size limit on personal docs but limits pages and objects in shared docs. Prices display in the visitor's local currency; the USD figures come from the vendor's help centre, and Pro monthly rests on one vendor article. Formerly Coda: Grammarly bought it, renamed itself Superhuman and relaunched the product in July 2026. coda.io now redirects here.

Who it suits
Built for: Teams who keep their docs, tables and lightweight trackers in one workspace and only want to pay for the people who build them.
Weak at: It is a doc and database tool, not a task manager: the page lists no Kanban, Gantt, calendar, recurring tasks or time tracking, and a new buyer pays the Superhuman suite price whether or not they want Grammarly or Mail.
