Two plans, both flat with unlimited invoices, estimates, bills and clients. Starter is $0. Pro is $19 a month billed monthly or $190 a year billed annually ($15.83 a month), per business, not per owner. The page still shows a promo of $9.50 a month for the first three months of a monthly Pro subscription, which its footnote dates to new subscribers between 2 December 2025 and 6 January 2026. Everything else is a separate fee: card payments 2.9% + $0.60 (Amex 3.4% + $0.60) on Starter, with Pro waiving the $0.60 on the first 10 transactions a month; a Receipts add-on at $11 a month or $96 a year ($8 or $72 on the other tier) for Starter users, included on Pro; Payroll from $25 or $40 a month depending on state; Wave Advisors bookkeeping from $149 or $199 a month. CAD prices exist for Canada ($25 a month, $250 a year). US and Canada only.
