What AppRabbit actually costs

The monthly figure a coach at that roster size pays, add-ons the platform forces on you included. Same engine the shortlist quiz uses, so these cannot disagree with it.

Who it suits

Built for: Coaches who want the app AND the funnel, CRM and launch marketing done for them rather than a self-serve platform to configure.

Weak at: No published pricing. It is a done-for-you service priced per engagement, so it isn't really comparable to a monthly SaaS seat.

I have used this one

I reviewed AppRabbit on my channel in 2025. It is a hands-on walkthrough, not a feature list read aloud.

What I found when I used it

A drag-and-drop app builder that lets coaches create their own branded iOS, Android and web app without coding, with solid flexibility on features.

Probably no app on App Rabbit is going to look the same considering the content you're adding, the courses you're adding, the formatting you're using.14:38

What stood out

  • Really easy and intuitive to use, he built out a working version in about 30 minutes. 4:18
  • You can turn features on and off, so it works for trainers, nutrition coaches, habit coaches or sleep coaches. 8:55
  • The AI builder pulls through exercise videos from YouTube automatically when you create programs. 12:01
  • No two apps will look the same because you control the content, courses, fonts and images yourself. 14:38
  • Two-week free trial is enough time to create a first version and start testing with clients. 2:40

What I flagged

  • No obvious direct support in the dashboard; you may have to email them for help. 23:04
  • Publishing to iOS or Android costs extra on top of the base monthly fee. 22:02

Who I said it suits: Coaches who want a fully custom branded app with flexibility to toggle features for training, nutrition, habits or community

Watch out for: The web app is included in the base plan, but launching on iOS or Android requires a higher tier
