WeStrive is the closest platform that costs less and gives up nothing we verified. $85 a month at 50 clients, $265 less than AppRabbit, and it adds more than one coach seat. The trade: AppRabbit is built for built for you rather than self-serve and your own app in the stores and WeStrive is not, so this is a swap with a cost.
Why coaches look for an alternative
No published pricing. It is a done-for-you service priced per engagement, so it isn't really comparable to a monthly SaaS seat.
It runs $350 a month at 50 clients with the add-ons it forces on you included. 19 of the 22 alternatives on this site cost less than that.
What I flagged when I reviewed it, January 2025:
- No obvious direct support in the dashboard; you may have to email them for help. 23:04
- Publishing to iOS or Android costs extra on top of the base monthly fee. 22:02

Cheaper, with nothing we record missing
Everything this site records for AppRabbit is also recorded for these, and they cost less at 50 clients. That is not the same as saying they are better: the last column is what AppRabbit is built for that they are not, and for a coach who needs that, the saving is not a saving.

What AppRabbit is still the best answer for
Coaches who want the app AND the funnel, CRM and launch marketing done for them rather than a self-serve platform to configure.
On this site it is the pick for built for you rather than self-serve and your own app in the stores. If that is you, read the savings above and then ignore them.
How to read the feature lines
Eight features were checked against each vendor's own pricing page: appointment
booking, client food logging, group programmes, coach seats, nutrition plans, your own app,
sellable packages and taking payments. Those are the ones written above as does and
does not. The other thirteen are read out of each vendor's own feature prose, so an
absence there means we did not find it listed, not that the product lacks it, and those lines
say lists and does not list instead.
How all of this gets checked.
Or let it pick for you
This page compares everything to AppRabbit. The shortlist asks 9 questions
about your own roster and gives you four picks priced at your client count, which is a better
question than “what is like the one I already have”.
