Who it suits

Built for: Small studios with more than one trainer. Trainer seats are included in every tier, which most rivals charge per coach for, and the entry price is the lowest here.

Weak at: No client payments, no white-label app, and an older product. Prices are in euros, so what you pay moves with the exchange rate.

I have used this one

I reviewed TotalCoaching on my channel in 2023. It is a hands-on walkthrough, not a feature list read aloud.

What I found when I used it

A clean, simple app focused purely on programming and nutrition, lacking the broader features competitors offer but good for straightforward coaching.

It does what it says on the tin. It's training and nutrition. There's not a vast amount of features but if you want something really simple to use and you're just looking for training and nutrition then this could be the app for you.3:49

What stood out

  • Covers both training and nutrition in one app with a large food database. 1:51
  • Uses unbranded animated exercise videos that avoid cheesy music and branding. 2:24
  • Includes proper meal planning tools, not just calorie tracking, which many apps lack. 5:06
  • You can create reusable templates for programs and nutrition plans for different client types. 7:07
  • Really clean and simple interface that does what it says on the tin. 8:01

What I flagged

  • No integrations with Apple Watch, MyFitnessPal or other tracking apps, just Zapier and Zoom. 10:31
  • Missing features like websites or automation that competitors are offering. 8:16

Who I said it suits: Coaches who want something really simple for just training and nutrition without extra bells and whistles.

Watch out for: Limited integrations compared to competitors, no connections to wearables or popular tracking apps.
