What Doodle actually costs
The monthly figure at that many users, which is what Doodle charges by. Same engine the shortlist quiz uses, so these cannot disagree with it.

Per seat. Pro is a single-user plan: $15 a month billed monthly or $11 a month billed annually ($132 a year). Team needs at least 2 seats and the per-seat price falls with size: 2 to 5 seats $21 monthly or $16 annual, 6 to 20 seats $19 or $14, 21 to 100 seats $17 or $13 (the help centre says teams run from 2 to 100). The pricing page shows the annual figures by default and the monthly toggle is JavaScript. Free is one Group Poll, one Booking Page, one 1:1 and 3 basic Sign-up Sheets, with ads. Enterprise 'starts at USD 15k', custom, billed annually, for 50+ employees, and is not recorded as a tier. Stripe payments, custom branding, admin console and AI meeting descriptions are Team only. No trial is mentioned; a 15% code on Pro yearly (FALL15, to 31 Oct 2026) was showing on some pages.

Who it suits
Built for: Finding a time that suits a whole group, with polls and sign-up sheets as well as a booking page, from a brand people already recognise.
Weak at: It is not a service-booking or sales-routing tool: the pricing page lists no round robin, SMS reminders, routing forms or embeds, payments only arrive on Team at a minimum of two seats, and the Pro plan is one user.
