The 9 closest of 16, each with its real monthly cost at 2 users and what it does that Doodle does not. See all 17.
Appointlet does everything we verified about Doodle for $42 a month less at 2 users, $0 against $42. It is a price cut rather than an upgrade: on the two features checked against the vendors’ own pricing pages the two are level. The trade: Doodle is built for the one everybody knows and classes and groups and Appointlet is not, so this is a swap with a cost.
It is not a service-booking or sales-routing tool: the pricing page lists no round robin, SMS reminders, routing forms or embeds, payments only arrive on Team at a minimum of two seats, and the Pro plan is one user.
It runs $42 a month at 2 users with the add-ons it forces on you included. 15 of the 16 alternatives to Doodle cost less than that.
Ranked by how much of what we record for Doodle each platform also does. Appointlet is the nearest, and it is $42 a month cheaper at 2 users. Nothing we verified is missing; the only gaps are features Doodle lists and Appointlet does not, which is weaker evidence.
$42 a month cheaper$0 at 1 user
A small team that wants one paid plan with everything in it, or a solo person who can live inside the free plan's 25 meetings a month.
Everything this site records for Doodle is also recorded for these, and they cost less at 2 users. That is not the same as saying they are better: the last column is what Doodle is built for that they are not, and for someone who needs that, the saving is not a saving.
| Platform | At 2 users | You save | What Doodle does that it does not |
|---|---|---|---|
| OnceHub | $24 | $18 | the one everybody knows and classes and groups |
| Calendly | $24 | $18 | classes and groups |
Prices are the real monthly cost at 2 users, or the equivalent size on whatever each one charges by, with the add-ons each platform forces on you included, from the same engine the shortlist quiz uses.

The pairs people actually search for, each one priced at the same four sizes off both vendors' own pages.
Appointlet. It is $42 a month cheaper at the size we compare on and gives up nothing we verify, though you should read why it exists before swapping: no two of these do exactly the same job.
OnceHub and Calendly are cheaper and level with Doodle on every feature we verify. Nothing here is strictly better: each one exists to do a slightly different job.
Doodle is free at 1 user, $42 a month at 2 users and $190 at 10 users, read off their own pricing page and re-checked every week.
It is not a service-booking or sales-routing tool: the pricing page lists no round robin, SMS reminders, routing forms or embeds, payments only arrive on Team at a minimum of two seats, and the Pro plan is one user.
We compare 16 of them here, every one priced at the same size off its own pricing page, and the whole list of 17 is on the scheduling page.
Should yours be on this list? If you make scheduling and appointment booking tools and it is not compared here, ask to be shortlisted. Listings are free and cannot be bought.
Two features were checked against each vendor's own pricing page: a price that does not move with users and a free plan. Those are the ones written above as does and does not. The other 14 are read out of each vendor's own pricing page, so an absence there means we did not find it listed, not that the product lacks it, and those lines say lists and does not list instead. How all of this gets checked.
This page compares everything to Doodle. The shortlist asks 6 questions about what people book with you and how many calendars there are, and gives you four picks priced at your own team size, which is a better question than “what is like the one I already have”.
