Every published plan
Read off Wrike’s own pricing page, last checked 22 Oct 2026.
Every figure on the page is per user per month billed annually (the page says so in its footnote, and the FAQ says Business and above are only sold as annual subscriptions). No monthly-billing price is published for any plan, so Team is shown at the annual rate too. Team is 2 to 15 users, Business 5 to 200, Free has unlimited users but is capped at 200 active tasks and 2 GB. Seats are sold in blocks: groups of 5 up to 30 seats, 10 from 30 to 100, 25 above 100. Pinnacle and Apex are quoted only. The page says these prices apply to new purchases from 21 January 2026.
| Plan | Per month | Includes | Over that |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | Free | unlimited users | not published |
| Team | $10 per user (minimum 2 users) at annual billing | up to 15 users | not published |
| Business | $25 per user (minimum 5 users) at annual billing | up to 200 users | not published |

Who it suits
Built for: A mid-sized team that expects to grow into resource planning, budgeting and BI, and can commit to a year up front.
Weak at: Not for a team that wants to pay month to month or stay small and cheap: no monthly price is published, Business is annual only, and seats are sold in blocks of 5.
