Invoice Ninja pricing
A freelancer or small studio that wants a full invoicing, quoting and time-tracking tool for $14 a month or less, and the option to run it on its own server for nothing.
What Invoice Ninja actually costs
The monthly figure a coach at that roster size pays, add-ons the platform forces on you included. Same engine the shortlist quiz uses, so these cannot disagree with it.

Hosted plans: Free is forever free for up to 5 clients with unlimited invoices and Invoice Ninja branding. Ninja Pro ($14 a month, or $140 a year which is 2 months free) removes the branding and lifts the client cap. Enterprise adds account users and is priced by user count, from $18 a month for 1 to 2 users up to $300 a month for 51 to 100 users; only the 1 to 2 user price is recorded here. Premium Business is quoted, from $280 a year. Paid plans carry a 30-day money-back promise rather than a trial. The same software is free to self-host under the Elastic License v2 at invoiceninja.org, paying only for your server.

Who it suits
Built for: A freelancer or small studio that wants a full invoicing, quoting and time-tracking tool for $14 a month or less, and the option to run it on its own server for nothing.
Weak at: Not a set of books: there is no payroll, receipt capture or tax filing on the page, bank feeds only arrive on Enterprise, and a team of more than two pays per user band.
