Where it sits in the shortlist quiz
Attio covers the same relationship-CRM ground and starts free, so folk never comes out top on price, and the features that justify it (deals, sequences, dashboards, the API) need Premium at $60 a member. It is bought for running relationships out of Gmail, LinkedIn and WhatsApp as lists rather than as a pipeline.
Every published plan
Read off folk’s own pricing page, last checked 22 Oct 2026.
Priced per member per month, unlimited members and unlimited contacts on every plan. Billed monthly, or yearly at a 20% saving ($288 and $576 a year per member). EUR prices are published alongside USD. Enterprise starts from $100 a member monthly ($80 yearly) and is quoted. The page lists no free plan; the FAQ refers to downgrading to 'the free plan' but the help centre says the account is blocked after the 2-week trial unless upgraded, so no $0 tier is recorded. Plan limits are usage credits: messages per member, enrichment and AI fields per workspace.

Who it suits
Built for: A founder or small team running relationships out of Gmail, LinkedIn and WhatsApp who wants a light, list-based CRM with campaigns and sequences rather than a sales-ops system.
Weak at: No free plan, no calling, SMS, forms, quotes or tasks on the pricing page, and the useful sales features (deals, sequences, dashboards, API) need Premium at $60 a member billed monthly.
