Who it suits
Built for: A small business that wants sales, service, marketing email and a storefront in one Salesforce subscription from day one, with a path onto the full platform later.
Weak at: The jump from $25 to $100 a user, billed annually on a contract, is steep; transaction fees apply on Starter; and calling, SMS, forms and a mobile app are not listed on the pricing page.
