CoachRx vs Everfit
Priced at four roster sizes, the features checked against both pricing pages, and my own verdict on each.
Take CoachRx if you want habits and behaviour change. Take Everfit if you want group programmes and challenges and serious nutrition. Everfit is cheaper on a small roster and CoachRx is cheaper by 25 clients, so the answer changes with your size.
What each one actually costs
The real monthly figure at four roster sizes with the add-ons each platform forces on you included, from the same engine the shortlist quiz uses. The cheaper of the two is marked on every row.
| CoachRx | Everfit | Difference | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 clients | $79 | $49 | $30 |
| 25 clients | $79 | $95 | $16 |
| 50 clients | $79 | $95 | $16 |
| 100 clients | $199 | $140 | $59 |
What is actually different
- CoachRx lists video form checks where Everfit does not, which is their own wording rather than something we verified.
- Everfit does client food logging, more than one coach seat, nutrition plans, your own app in the stores, sellable packages and taking payments, and CoachRx does not. We checked both against their pricing pages.
- Everfit lists client check-ins, selling courses, intake forms, group chat, leaderboards, body metrics and progress photos where CoachRx does not, which is their own wording rather than something we verified.
I have used both
Condensed from my own reviews. Every line links to the second I said it, so you can check any of it. Prices in the table above are from this week; the videos are older and the figures in them are not.
CoachRx
A robust coaching-focused platform with advanced client management features, though slightly pricier than alternatives.
- Tracks touch points with clients so you can see how often you're communicating with each person. 7:16
- Loom video messaging is built directly into the system for sending personalised videos to clients. 8:58
- Pre-built training programs are included that you can use straightaway or tweak to suit your clients. 11:22
- Pricing sits on the more expensive end compared to other training program software. 4:34
- Not a one-stop shop, so it won't have all the features some coaches might be looking for. 10:27
- Doesn't connect to Zapier or similar automation tools, though this might come in future. 16:53

Everfit
A well-built coaching app with standout features like community forums, educational content delivery, and automations that most competitors lack.
- Free starter plan lets you train up to five clients to test the software before committing. 2:40
- Voice messaging feature for clients is rare and makes quick communication easier when you're busy. 6:33
- Automations let you schedule onboarding videos, check-ins and tasks to go out automatically. 10:17
- Many exercises in the library lack video links, so you may need to add your own YouTube or Vimeo links. 7:07
- No Zapier integration, which limits connectivity with other tools you might use. 14:26
- Pricing scales quite quickly as you add more clients. 3:16
