PT Distinction does everything we verified about Everfit for $6 a month less at 50 clients, $89 against $95. It is a price cut rather than an upgrade: on the eight features checked against the vendors’ own pricing pages the two are level. The trade: Everfit is built for group programmes and challenges and serious nutrition and PT Distinction is not, so this is a swap with a cost.
Why coaches look for an alternative
Payments are a $9/mo add-on, not included as an earlier pass recorded. Pricing climbs steeply per client band. No native scheduling. White label is Enterprise-only with no published price.
It runs $95 a month at 50 clients with the add-ons it forces on you included. 10 of the 22 alternatives on this site cost less than that.
What I flagged when I reviewed it, June 2023:
- Many exercises in the library lack video links, so you may need to add your own YouTube or Vimeo links. 7:07
- No Zapier integration, which limits connectivity with other tools you might use. 14:26
- Pricing scales quite quickly as you add more clients. 3:16

What Everfit is still the best answer for
Coaches running group programmes and challenges alongside 1:1, with real meal planning and macro tracking included.
On this site it is the pick for group programmes and challenges and serious nutrition. If that is you, read the savings above and then ignore them.
How to read the feature lines
Eight features were checked against each vendor's own pricing page: appointment
booking, client food logging, group programmes, coach seats, nutrition plans, your own app,
sellable packages and taking payments. Those are the ones written above as does and
does not. The other thirteen are read out of each vendor's own feature prose, so an
absence there means we did not find it listed, not that the product lacks it, and those lines
say lists and does not list instead.
How all of this gets checked.
Or let it pick for you
This page compares everything to Everfit. The shortlist asks 9 questions
about your own roster and gives you four picks priced at your client count, which is a better
question than “what is like the one I already have”.
