Everfit vs My PT Hub
Priced at four roster sizes, the features checked against both pricing pages, and my own verdict on each.
Take Everfit if you want group programmes and challenges and serious nutrition. Take My PT Hub if you want unlimited clients on a flat fee and general online 1:1 coaching. Everfit is cheaper on a small roster and My PT Hub is cheaper by 25 clients, so the answer changes with your size.
What each one actually costs
The real monthly figure at four roster sizes with the add-ons each platform forces on you included, from the same engine the shortlist quiz uses. The cheaper of the two is marked on every row.
| Everfit | My PT Hub | Difference | |
|---|---|---|---|
| 10 clients | $49 | $59 | $10 |
| 25 clients | $95 | $59 | $36 |
| 50 clients | $95 | $59 | $36 |
| 100 clients | $140 | $59 | $81 |
What is actually different
- Everfit lists intake forms, group chat and leaderboards where My PT Hub does not, which is their own wording rather than something we verified.
- My PT Hub does appointment booking, and Everfit does not. We checked both against their pricing pages.
- My PT Hub lists video form checks where Everfit does not, which is their own wording rather than something we verified.
I have used both
Condensed from my own reviews. Every line links to the second I said it, so you can check any of it. Prices in the table above are from this week; the videos are older and the figures in them are not.
Everfit
A well-built coaching app with standout features like community forums, educational content delivery, and automations that most competitors lack.
- Free starter plan lets you train up to five clients to test the software before committing. 2:40
- Voice messaging feature for clients is rare and makes quick communication easier when you're busy. 6:33
- Automations let you schedule onboarding videos, check-ins and tasks to go out automatically. 10:17
- Many exercises in the library lack video links, so you may need to add your own YouTube or Vimeo links. 7:07
- No Zapier integration, which limits connectivity with other tools you might use. 14:26
- Pricing scales quite quickly as you add more clients. 3:16

My PT Hub
A feature-rich, clean platform that suits established coaches, but the flat-fee pricing is rough if you're just starting out.
- Offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card required, so you can test it properly before committing. 1:22
- Has its own extensive video library for exercises, so you don't need to spend time shooting your own. 7:03
- The user interface is very simple and clean, not confusing like some competitors. 7:57
- Flat pricing means you pay the full monthly rate even with just one client, unlike apps that scale with your roster. 3:27
- Not ideal for new coaches trying to save costs because you jump straight to the top-tier price after the trial. 3:32
- Does not integrate with Zapier, which limits automation options with other software. 13:36
- The interface felt a bit slow and took time to save, though that may have been due to screen recording. 7:32

Neither, or not sure?
A head to head only helps once you have picked the two. The shortlist asks 9 questions about your own roster and gives you four picks priced at your client count, from all 26.
