Priced by emails sent per month, not by list size: Starter and Business (the page labels the plan Standard; Brevo's API and help centre call it Business) both start at 5,000 emails and climb a volume slider, Starter to 100,000 emails ($82) and Business to 500,000 ($429), above which it is a custom plan. The page no longer says contacts are unlimited: each volume band carries a marketing-contact cap, 500 contacts at 5,000 emails, 1,500 at 10,000, 2,500 at 15,000 and 500,000 from 20,000 emails upward, so the small bands are effectively capped by contacts too. The free plan is 300 emails a day (about 9,000 a month) with no credit card. Yearly billing is 10% off and is recorded as annual_monthly_usd (the page shows it as, for example, $8.08 with yearly billing on the $9 band). SMS and WhatsApp credits are sold separately by volume and destination; transactional email on the Starter plan draws from the same email allowance. Business includes one landing page, more cost extra; removing the Brevo logo is $12 a month on Starter and included on Business. The Professional plan (150,000 emails included, 10 seats) is not recorded because the live page says $499 a month while Brevo's pricing API says $350.

Who it suits
Built for: A small business with a large list that sends occasionally, because the bill follows emails sent rather than contacts, and that wants transactional email and SMS in the same account.
Weak at: The entry bands are tighter than they look: 5,000 emails a month allows only 500 contacts and 10,000 only 1,500, so a list of a few thousand that mails weekly is pushed up the slider, and Starter has no automation or A/B testing (both are Business features).
