Klaviyo prices Email by active profiles (contacts you can still email) on a 49-band slider from 500 profiles at $20 a month to 150,000 at $1,955; above 150,000 it is talk to sales. Each band carries a monthly send allowance of ten emails per profile (5,000 sends at 500 profiles, 1,500,000 at 150,000). The free plan is 250 active profiles and 500 sends a month, plus $5 of mobile messages and $5 of Composer (AI) usage; exceeding it pauses sending until the next cycle or an upgrade. Billing is monthly only on the page. There is no longer a bundled Email and SMS plan: SMS, MMS, WhatsApp and RCS are priced per message and added to the estimate, with a US toll-free SMS shown at $0.01 plus provider fees per send. At the time of reading, the 500-profile band carried a $19 off first month promotion ($1 for the first month), recorded as intro_monthly_usd; the renewal price $20 is monthly_usd. Composer (the AI assistant) is a $20 a month add-on above the free allowance. Moving to a higher profile band happens automatically as the list grows.
