Kahunas is the closest platform that costs less and gives up nothing we verified. $69 a month at 50 clients, $10 less than Upliftt, and it adds your own app in the stores.
Why coaches look for an alternative
No session booking. Custom branding, a white-label app and Zapier or API access are all listed as coming soon rather than shipped, so budget for none of them today.
It runs $79 a month at 50 clients with the add-ons it forces on you included. 5 of the 22 alternatives on this site cost less than that.
I have not used it. These are the limits the matrix records:
- Custom branding, the white-label app and Zapier are all still 'coming soon'
- No session booking, so an in-person trainer needs something else alongside it

What Upliftt is still the best answer for
Coaches who want unlimited clients without a per-client bill. At $79 it is the second-cheapest route to unlimited on this list, and the only one of those that includes group challenges, leaderboards and a community feed in the same plan.
On this site it is the pick for unlimited clients on a flat fee. If that is you, read the savings above and then ignore them.
How to read the feature lines
Eight features were checked against each vendor's own pricing page: appointment
booking, client food logging, group programmes, coach seats, nutrition plans, your own app,
sellable packages and taking payments. Those are the ones written above as does and
does not. The other thirteen are read out of each vendor's own feature prose, so an
absence there means we did not find it listed, not that the product lacks it, and those lines
say lists and does not list instead.
How all of this gets checked.
Or let it pick for you
This page compares everything to Upliftt. The shortlist asks 9 questions
about your own roster and gives you four picks priced at your client count, which is a better
question than “what is like the one I already have”.
